Toronto, Ontario -- Happy National Cheese Lover's Day! On this cheese lover's day we are going to share with you an interesting rivalry which helped to propel Canadian made cheese across the globe. Canada presently produces over 1,050 varieties of cheese but did you that more than half of Canada's cheese manufacturers are located in Québec? However, if we look at the history of cheese manufacturing in Canada it was not always this way, it took some time for Quebec to take the title from another cheese manufacturing province, Ontario.
